Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients:
1/2 C Butter
1 C Brown Sugar
1 Can Sliced Pineapple
8 Maraschino Cherries
2 Eggs
1 C Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 C Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
Pinch Salt
1/2 C Scalded Milk
1 Tbl Butter

Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
2. Melt butter in skillet.
3. Add Brown Sugar.
4. Top with Pineapples and Cherries.
5. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, flour, baking powder, and salt until thick.
6. Add scalded milk with butter and mix.
7. Pour evenly over fruit.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
9. Turn over onto flat serving dish.
10. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
